Win in Ten Applesauce snack
This is one of my favorite healthy snacks. I found it in a booklet that came with my Windsor Pilates DVD set.
To make it, mix:
1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
1 tbs almond butter
1/4 scoop vanilla protein powder (I like Muscle Milk).
Sprinkle with
1 tbs slivered almonds
Cinnamon to taste.
